Kristen Stewart arrived on the red carpet of the MTV Movie Awards 2011 in a head turning, red mini dress by Balmain covered in rows of safety pins.

The sexy, strapless, off the shoulders mini dress was embellished with rows of safety pins and cone shaped silver studs.

The sexy little red mini dress complimented Stewart long reddish brown hair and pouty pink lips.

She added a pair of pointy black high heel pumps to rounded out the look.

Stewart had a very good night at the MTV Movie Awards 2011 winning the awards for Best Female and Best Kiss, with her movie Twilight capturing the Best Movie Award.
