Sexy South African super model Candice Swanepoel took to the beach in St. Barts to model the newest looks in sexy bikini swimwear for the upcoming 2012 season.

Swanepoel looked very sexy and tan, as she posed for some sexy pictures on the beach and in the surf for the Victoria's Secret bikini photo shoot.

Hot Bikini Trends

This latest bikini swimwear shoot confirmed two interesting trends that we have observed this year which will carry into next year's bikini swimwear lines – the trend toward mix and match bikini tops and bottom and lots of polka dots bikini tops or bottoms.

Not only are bikini tops and bottoms being sold as a separates to provide better fit, they are also being sold as separates for more creative combinations of styles, colors and patterns.

This year, we saw quite a number of pairing of solid bikini top or bottom, with various pattern bikini tops or bottoms.

Solids were combined with patterns, as well as different solid colored top and bottom being paired to create a unique and sexy personalized bikini look.

Polka Dots and Stripes

Some of the sexy and colorful looks that we observed Candice Swanepoel modeling include a white bikini top with pink polka dots.

Sexy model Candice Swanepoel also changed into several variations of the polka dots and stripe bikini looks.

She wore a white with pink and a yellow with white polka dots tops pared with stripe bikini bottoms.

She also wore a pink with white polka dot top with a white and pink stripe, string tied bikini bottom.

The bikini top was also embellished with a white and pink striped bow tie and white and pink candy cane string halter top.

The bikini bottoms were white with pink horizontal stripes, a really cute, colorful and youthful look for bikini swimwear for the summer 2012.

We also caught a glimpse of two more bikini looks for 2012 from the bikini photo shoot.

In one shot, Swanepoel wore a solid lime greed bikini top paired with a white with coral pattern pink and blue pattern bottom.

She was also pictured in a power blue, solid bikini top with a high rise thong bikini bottom.
