Billboard launched a new top rating list, the Social 50 listing is based on the artist fan page views and song listened to on Facebook, Twitter, YourTube, MySpace and iLike.

In the inaugural listing, Rihanna toped the chart, with other artist in the top five included Justin Bieber, Eminem, Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj.
